What exactly do I get when I buy a book?

Digital books in PDF. Buy one, or the 3-book collection. Nothing is posted to you.

Hotmart emails you the link. You can always open your books at consumer.hotmart.com with the email you bought with.

The licence is personal. Read and print for yourself. Don't share, resell, upload or copy them for others.

Who takes my money, and how?

Hotmart runs the secure checkout. It processes the payment and is the seller of record there.

Pay by card, PayPal or Apple Pay. The price is the one shown at checkout. Hotmart has its own terms and privacy policy.

How does the monthly membership work?

Letters by email: a weekly page or drill, and more. Reply to any letter with a question.

The first 7 days are free. After that it's charged every month until you cancel.

Cancel at consumer.hotmart.com, or write to me and I'll help. Cancelling doesn't refund months already gone.

What about my health?

Golf is physical. Check with your doctor before starting new exercise, and stop if anything hurts.

What I teach is general golf instruction, not medical advice.

Will my slice really be gone?

I hope so, but results vary from golfer to golfer. I promise no yards and no scores.

Is that really you in the photos?

The pictures of me on this site are illustrations.

Who owns the books and letters?

The books, letters, text and pictures belong to Declan Kearns Golf. They're for your personal use only.

What if something goes wrong?

As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect losses. My total responsibility is limited to what you paid.

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have by law as a consumer.

Can these rules change?

They can. If they do, I update this page and its date.
